The project is focused on increasing value added per employee and addressing the current energy-related challenges at Iskra d.o.o., Semič Business Unit. The purpose of the investment is to reduce energy consumption, decrease the use of raw materials in the production process, and automate production through a substantial transformation of the manufacturing process within the Capacitors Business Unit.
