Productive Workshop at 3. Maj Shipyard: From Ideas to Concrete Actions
Iskra recently held a productive full-day workshop at 3. Maj Shipyard, bringing together around 70 participants divided into 10 working groups.
The workshop was led together with Klemen Šešok and Urška Jež, with a clear focus on generating new ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning them into concrete, realistic and actionable steps.
Throughout the day, participants worked in teams to explore how everyday challenges, processes and business opportunities can be approached in a more structured and effective way. The workshop introduced the STELLAR and COSTAR methods, which helped participants move from initial ideas to practical action plans with clear responsibilities, deadlines and expected results.
A key part of the workshop was teamwork. Each group actively contributed ideas, discussed possible solutions and worked on how these could be implemented in practice. The energy, focus and openness in the room created a strong foundation for meaningful discussion and future progress.
One of the highlights of the day was also an engaging ice-breaking activity, where each team was challenged to build the highest tower using only paper and duct tape. The exercise quickly brought out creativity, collaboration and team spirit, setting a positive tone for the rest of the workshop.
We would like to sincerely thank Klemen Šešok and Urška Jež for their valuable contribution, guidance and support throughout the day.
A big thank you also goes to everyone who participated, worked hard, shared ideas and showed great enthusiasm for learning something new.
The workshop resulted in many valuable ideas and practical insights. Now, the focus moves from ideas to action with a shared commitment to turn the outcomes of the workshop into real progress.
