Team Spirit Beyond the Workplace: Iskra Joins Tek trojk – Pot ob žici 2026

On 9 May, members of the Iskra team took part in the traditional Tek trojk – Pot ob žici 2026 event in Ljubljana, one of Slovenia’s most meaningful sports and recreational gatherings, bringing together movement, remembrance, community and team spirit.

More than just a day outdoors, Pot ob žici carries a strong historical and symbolic message. The event follows the route around Ljubljana that reminds us of the city’s past, while today bringing together thousands of people through movement, remembrance, connection and community spirit.

For Iskra, participation in this event is about much more than walking or running. It is about being together outside the workplace, strengthening relationships between colleagues, supporting well-being, and showing that strong teams are built not only through everyday work, but also through shared experiences.

From fresh air and sunny spring energy to laughter, encouragement and team spirit, the day reminded us how important it is to stay connected — with each other, with our local community and with the values that bring people together.

The spirit of Tek trojk is especially meaningful: participants move as a team, support one another and reach the finish together. This idea reflects something we strongly believe in at Iskra — that progress is achieved through cooperation, trust and people who move forward together.
