ISKRA has successfully completed the acquisition of ASIST d.o.o., a Slovenian engineering and technology company specializing in road traffic automation, control and safety systems. ASIST is now part of the ISKRA Group, further strengthening its capabilities in intelligent mobility and infrastructure.
