HIGH LUSTER NICKEL PLATING ON JIGS
Double nickel plating process is used to provide excellent corrosion protection and high gloss. Treatment option for steel is also available.
Our plating line is fully automated and has the capacity of more than 60 metric tones of plated parts per month.
- Plating small parts in barrels and larger parts on jigs
- Maximum dimensions of barrel plated parts: 5 mm - 50 mm
- Maximum size of pieces (LxDxW): 2800x1000x480 mm
- Maximum weight of parts : 100 kg
- Plating steel parts with two layers of nickel: semi-bright + bright nickel
We also offer plating steel parts with two layers of nickel and chrome (VI): semi-bright + bright nickel + chrome (VI) plating.
