ISKRA SHIPYARD offers a wide range of services from yacht maintenance, repair, and refit, to reconstruction and conversion. We believe that the best testament to the quality of our service is the fact that numerous yacht owners return to us every season. Each yacht is assigned a particular project manager who is charged with leading the project from the moment the contract is signed to the final delivery of the vessel to the client, and who is moreover available to provide any „after-refit“ assistance if it is required.

We are particularly dedicated to customer care through our Customer Relationship Management program. We maintain direct and constant communication with our clients and are committed to promptly responding to each Client’s request and adjusting our offer accordingly. Whether our clients are vessel owners or their authorized representatives, captains and crew members, we are always available to grant them any information or support they may require.

ISKRA SHIPYARD service the fleet of Croatian national passenger ships (Jadrolinija, Atlas, G & V Line, Brodospas, Plovput), Port Authority and Harbour master's Office boats, and a large number of vessels intended for day tourism, fishing, leisure, and special purpose activities. All work is conducted professionally with the utmost attention to details and clients requests.

ISKRA SHIPYARD recognizes the value and importance of the heritage of its shipyard in Šibenik, which maintained the naval fleet of former Yugoslavia for over half a century and is dedicated to building upon and developing the potential, quality, and ability of its team of employees and professionals. As a result, we continue the legacy of providing technical service to the Croatian Navy, regularly maintaining  90% of its fleet.

In addition to mechanical, technical and painting services, shipyard maintains a weaponry workshop and a test station for rocket gunboat engines and turbines. We believe our enduring relationship with the Croatian Navy provides irrefutable evidence of the quality of repair work and services offered by the shipyard.

ISKRA SHIPYARD has all the knowledge, skills, facilities and technology required for new construction of yachts and boats up to 60 m in LOA. The new-build program includes the production of aluminum catamarans for the fish farm markets_ CAT1375, CAT1475, CATMD1510 i  CATMDELECTRIC1375, a passenger M/B for 400 people and leisure boats of various size and type. ISKRA SHIPYARD is devoted to continuing the centuries-old tradition of shipbuilding in Croatia and is well-prepared to meet new challenges and accommodate the requests of the most discerning international and domestic clients.
