HIGH LUSTER CHROME PLATING ON JIGS
The process of chrome plating is used to provide excellent corrosion protection and high gloss. The coating is bright and very hard, specified by high tensile strength, offering both scratch and corrosion resistance.
The coated parts are usually applicable in automotive, furniture and medical industry.
Our line is fully automated with the capacity of more than 180 metric tones of plated parts per month.
We are using an environmentally friendly trivalent chromium plating process that is fully compliant with EU regulation. The coating is almost identical to the one produced by a hexavalent plating process.
- Plating small and large parts on jigs
- Maximum size of pieces (LxDxW): 2800x1000x480 mm
- Maximum weight of parts: 100 kg
We also offer plating steel parts with two layers of nickel and chrome (VI): semi-bright + bright nickel + chrome (VI) plating.
